"First and foremost, I would give 10 stars if I could. My wife and I have a large family and about a year ago decided we'd add an additional water heater and a second washer / dryer set to our home. With this, came all new electrical and eventually, electrical problems. It's been about a year since we had a company (NOT North Georgia Electrical Services) install two water heaters and all of the electrical for them and a washer/dryer. Since then, the water heater(s) breaker(s) will randomly throw and we will be left with cold water for 7 of us to shower with. After replacing the breaker once, and being told there is nothing wrong with the water heaters, I decided to call North Georgia Electrical Services for a second opinion on the electrical installations. This was by far the best decision that I have made since deciding to have this stuff installed in the first place. Reed, the company's Project Manager and Electrical Technician, was hands down the most professional, knowledgeable and communicative tradesman that I've had service our home since we purchased it some years ago. He was prompt in returning my initial call, calmed my nerves about what to expect during his visit, and even called an hour prior to arriving to ensure me that he was in fact coming and to provide an ETA. Reed showed up a few minutes early (which I can't complain about!). He listened to my entire story about what led to us calling his company, and immediately began working through the issues. Once he was complete with his investigation of the electrical installations, Reed provided my wife and I with a very understandable set of findings, improvement suggestions and even provided us with some cost-effective solutions to making our home electrical more safe than it is today (best practices are updated annually and he was able to explain exactly what we have and what is industry standard today). To make a long review longer, we will 100% call Reed and North Georgia Electrical Services for ALL of our future electrical needs and will recommend them to all of our friends and family! Reed, thank you for efforts today. Because of you and your attention to our needs, we were able to convince the original installers that it was in fact a faulty water heater and they are replacing it at no cost next week.
