This one had a few layers to it. We came in with two panel changes on the list plus a panel relocation - moving an existing panel out of the bathroom and down to the basement where it belongs. A panel in a bathroom is a code violation and a safety hazard, so that move alone was a big deal for this homeowner.

Here's what we were working with - an overloaded, disorganized mess of wiring crammed into an undersized setup. Wires going every direction, panels that had clearly been patched and added onto over the years rather than properly replaced. It's the kind of situation that makes an electrician stop and take a breath before diving in.

What we ended up with is a completely different story. Two new panels mounted cleanly side by side, wiring routed properly, everything buttoned up and accessible. The bathroom wall got patched out after the old panel came down, and a new panel was installed in the basement - a much safer and more practical location for long-term access and maintenance.

Panel replacements and relocations like this aren't just cosmetic upgrades. They fix real problems - tripped breakers, limited capacity, code violations, and in some cases genuine fire risk. When a home's electrical hasn't been touched in decades, or was pieced together by multiple hands over the years, a proper breaker panel replacement sets everything back on solid ground.

Clean work matters to us. Getting the wiring right, making sure every circuit is accounted for, and leaving a finished install that the next electrician - or inspector - can easily follow. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every job.
